Refund Policy

General Policy

At CoolCliQ Pvt. Ltd., we focus on delivering customized business solutions, AI systems, workflow automation, operational systems, technology direction, and consulting services.

Due to the nature of digital services and customized work, all payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise for a specific service or written agreement.

Eligibility For Refund

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Payment was made incorrectly
  • Duplicate payment was charged
  • Service was not started by our team

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

Project Delays

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Delayed client communication
  • Pending approvals
  • Incomplete information
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Technical limitations outside our control

Cancellation

Clients may cancel future services at any time. However, work already completed or currently in progress will not be refunded.
